Cumin and Milk thistle: Milk thistle is the greatest source of Glutathione and it has a powerful antioxidant property. It basically contains Silyramin. Glutathione is essential for the liver to detoxify wasted and harmful substances. If you have an unhealthy liver then level of Glutathione starts to get reduced.
