The Director of Intensive Care is responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery under the administrative guidelines of the COO/CNO. Responsible for the development and evaluation of ICU personnel. Maintains operational aspects of the ICU in collaboration with administrative support. Contributes to nursing and the hospital through support of philosophy and objective of educational efforts.
Qualifications:

Under the supervision of the Director of Case Management/Utilization Review, the Case Manager/ Discharge Planner is responsible for promoting, communicating and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and payors' criteria for admission, continued stay, transfer and discharge planning thereby maintaining the financial integrity of the hospital and continuity of care of the patient among settings, organizations and providers. Qualifications:

The Pediatric Registered Nurse-Case Manager is responsible for providing those aspects of patient care permitted by license, including initial assessment, planning and evaluation of care, patient teaching, medication administration and general care of all age groups. Case management activities to include, but not limited to, liaising between the hospital and outside agencies to obtain authorization for treatment and coordinate with physician's offices and rehabilitation services for patient needs.
