Newport Specialty Hospital and its affiliates and related companies (collectively, "NSH") are committed to protecting the privacy of data that you submit to this web site or to web sites under our operation and control (collectively, the "Site").

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. By accessing the Site, you are indicating your agreement to NSH`s privacy policy. NSH may ask you to provide information about yourself, or your companies, in order to better serve you, for instance, in connection with an application for employment. Examples of information requested may include name, title, company, address, phone number, email address, and other relevant data. NSH does not require this information to obtain access to any area of the Site. NSH does not wish to receive, nor should you submit any medical information, information pertaining to any medical conditions, treatments, procedures, or providers of medical care to the Site. However, if you decide to provide personal information to NSH on a Contact Form, in no case will NSH sell, license or transmit that information to third parties. Contact Forms are used only to deliver requested information and respond to your questions. Any information that you voluntarily share with NSH in a form is kept strictly confidential and fully secure. When you submit a form, the encrypted (encoded) information is protected using "Secure Socket Layers (SSL)" as it passes between your browser and the NSH servers. Only authorized persons are permitted to access the information you submit.

NSH may compile statistical information concerning the usage of the Site. This information allows NSH to monitor its utilization and continuously improve its quality. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under or out of this Privacy Policy shall lie exclusively with the state and federal courts within the State of California.
